Every draft passes a hygiene gate before it can be sent.
The gate runs on the AI-written draft before approval, and again immediately before the message hits the SMTP connection. A draft that fails is rejected rather than sent.
- Spam trigger words in English and Lithuanian are blocked — “free”, “guarantee”, “act now”, “limited time”, “you won”, and their Lithuanian equivalents.
- Corporate filler is blocked too: “leverage”, “synergy”, “game-changer”, “revolutionize”, “world-class”, “paradigm shift”.
- Subject lines are rejected if they are empty, over 70 characters, ALL CAPS, or contain emoji, currency symbols, percent signs, or repeated punctuation.
- Cold emails and follow-ups may contain no links at all, except URLs that belong to your own email signature.
- No HTML is permitted in the body — a2lead sends plain text only.
