Growth on autopilot

Post · Inbox · Phone · LinkedIn — and counting

Give a2lead your URL and it runs the entire top of your funnel alone — finding precise decision makers, then reaching each one where they actually pay attention: a real letter in real ink, an email, a phone call, a LinkedIn message. Growth on autopilot, on every channel at once.

Capabilities
01

URL-Based Prospecting

Paste your website URL. Our AI extracts your ideal customer profile, then scans over 300 million B2B profiles to find companies that match your market, intent signals, and firmographic criteria — and works out how each one is worth reaching.

02

Verified Before Contact

Every prospect is checked before a word is written — work emails through third-party verification, direct dials and LinkedIn profiles against live records, postal addresses against the company’s registered details. Anything that comes back risky is dropped rather than queued, so no channel burns on a bad contact.

03

Qualified Lead Selection

The system filters and prioritizes verified prospects before outreach begins, then decides how each one is worth reaching — a handwritten letter for the accounts that justify the postage, a call for the ones worth a conversation, email and LinkedIn for the long tail.

04

Every Channel, One Sequence

The agent researches every prospect, writes the copy for each channel, and runs the sequence on its own — the letter first, the call and the LinkedIn message timed around it, email carrying the follow-up. Nobody on your team writes, approves, or posts anything.

05

Real Pen, Real Ink

Not a handwriting font. A machine holds an ordinary pen and moves it across the page, so the ink sits on the paper and indents it — with the stroke variation and spacing drift a printer cannot fake. Addressed by the same hand, stamped, and dropped in the post. Your involvement in all of it: none.

06

New Channels, Same Engine

Post, email, phone and LinkedIn run through one engine today, and the list is growing. Every channel we add inherits the same ICP, the same verified contact records and the same sequencing logic — so switching one on is a setting, not a migration.

FAQ

Yes. Just paste your URL during setup and a2lead reads your site to understand what you sell, who you sell to, and what makes you different. No manual configuration needed.

Handwritten letters through the post, personalized email, cold calls and LinkedIn — chosen per prospect rather than blasted across all four at once. More channels are being added, and each one plugs into the same ICP, the same verified contact data and the same sequencing engine.

No. You decide which channels are switched on for your account, and the engine routes within whatever you allow. Turning one on later does not mean rebuilding anything — your ICP, your prospect records and your sequences carry straight over.

Yes. a2lead writes and posts real letters: a pen holding real ink moving across real paper, folded into a hand-addressed envelope with a live stamp. Nothing about it is printed. The letter goes out as part of the same campaign as the email, the call and the LinkedIn message, timed so every channel reinforces the others instead of competing.

It is a physical pen on physical paper. The machine holds an ordinary ballpoint and reproduces natural stroke variation, spacing drift and pressure, so the ink sits on the page and indents it — which no printer does. Hold it up to the light and it is a letter, not a mailout.

Because the inbox is where every one of your competitors already is. A decision-maker gets a hundred cold emails a week and close to zero personal letters, so the letter gets opened and then sits on the desk for days. Paper costs more per contact, which is exactly why the system decides on its own which accounts justify it — while the cheaper channels carry the volume.

Business records, not personal data. We use the registered or trading address of the company the prospect works at — the same address on their invoices — and validate it against postal formatting rules before anything is queued. We do not write to home addresses.

Yes. A2Lead analyzes your website, understands your business, builds your ideal customer profile, and runs the outreach from there. No manual setup or approval steps needed.

Yes. You connect your Gmail (or Google Workspace) account via OAuth during setup. All outreach goes out from your own address, so replies land directly in your inbox.

The first batch of verified leads is ready within minutes of completing setup. The system then replenishes your pipeline automatically on a rolling daily basis.

Yes. The AI drafts a personalized message for each prospect based on their role, company, and your offering, in whichever channel that prospect is routed to — the email, the letter copy, the LinkedIn message, the brief the call is made from. Email goes out on a schedule that respects your daily sending limits; letters are written out in ink and posted.

Yes. a2lead includes a staged warm-up ramp for new sending accounts: roughly 5 emails a day for the first three days, then 10, then 15, then 30, reaching your full daily cap at around day 30. We enable it per account at onboarding, so tell us if your sending domain has no history yet. Outside the ramp your volume is still capped — a2lead is built to send at human volume, never in blasts.

Layers, not tricks. Every message is plain text — no HTML, no images, no tracking pixels — and cold emails carry no links except the ones in your own signature. Sends are spaced at least five minutes apart with random jitter, limited to 8 per hour, kept inside local business hours, and capped at two emails per day to any single recipient domain. Before a draft can go out it has to clear an automated gate that rejects spam trigger words, salesy filler, ALL-CAPS or emoji subject lines, currency symbols and excessive punctuation, in both English and Lithuanian.

Yes. Your dashboard has a live deliverability panel that scores the account from 0 to 100 and labels it healthy, watch, or at risk. It tracks your 7-day reply rate, 30-day bounce rate, hard bounces, out-of-office rate, the share of replies that are negative or complaints, and how your daily volume compares to your cap. When something drifts it returns a short, prioritized list of fixes — for example, cutting your daily cap to 10 for a week if the reply rate collapses.

Yes. a2lead runs DNS lookups against your sending domain for an SPF record, a DMARC policy, and DKIM across the common selectors, then flags anything missing in the deliverability panel with what to publish and why it matters. Missing SPF and DMARC are the two biggest avoidable causes of being flagged as spam. If you send from a plain gmail.com address it will tell you that too: the authentication is fine, but you have no domain reputation to build and your volume is capped, so serious outbound belongs on your own domain.

Every address is checked through a third-party verification service before a single word is drafted. Only addresses that come back deliverable are ever written to — risky, catch-all, role-based, disposable and full-mailbox addresses are dropped from the pipeline rather than queued, which means a large share of sourced contacts never get emailed at all. If something does bounce anyway, the inbound sync detects it, records it as a hard or soft bounce, and retires the prospect.

Neither. Every email is an individual plain-text message sent from your own mailbox over your own Gmail or SMTP connection, with normal threading headers — technically indistinguishable from a message you typed yourself. There are no bulk-mail headers, no List-Unsubscribe, no unsubscribe footer, no HTML and no open tracking. That is deliberate: those are the exact signals that get outreach filtered.

a2lead reads the replies. Inbound mail is classified automatically, and when someone asks to be taken off the list the prospect is excluded and no further mail goes out. You can also keep your own exclusion list of domains and company names — existing customers, partners, competitors — and anything on it is dropped at import, skipped at drafting, and blocked again at send time.

For Gmail and Google Workspace you connect through Google OAuth, so a2lead never sees or stores your password and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time. If you connect a mailbox over SMTP/IMAP instead, the password is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and every connection runs over TLS. Nothing is sent from a shared pool or from a2lead infrastructure — mail leaves your mailbox, and replies land in your inbox.

It stays in your account and is used to run your outreach. We do not sell personal data, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time. Prospect records are business contact details used for legitimate B2B outreach, and you remain the sender of record — which is why the platform is built to keep volume, targeting and content defensible rather than to maximise send count.

Yes. The dashboard shows sent count, reply count, reply rate and bounce rate in real time, and you can drill into any conversation to read the full thread for a prospect. We deliberately do not track opens: open tracking requires an invisible pixel in the email, and that pixel is one of the clearest bulk-mail signals spam filters look for.

No. A2Lead analyzes your website to understand your business, target market, and offer. It then builds your ideal customer profile automatically and uses it to identify relevant leads.

It is fully autonomous. Once set up, A2Lead finds leads, picks a channel for each one, writes and posts letters, sends emails and LinkedIn messages, works the call list, sends follow-ups, and syncs replies every day without any input from you. You only need to step in when a prospect replies and is ready to talk.

Almost entirely. A2Lead runs the full cycle on autopilot — finding prospects, choosing the right channel for each, writing and posting letters, sending personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and follow-ups, and syncing every reply. The only thing left for you is booking the meeting once a prospect says yes.
